Purchases made through Amazon, external publisher sites, external course or event platforms, third-party test providers, marketplaces, or any other third-party seller or checkout page are governed by that third party’s own return and refund policy.

Metabolic Elite LLC (“Metabolic Elite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) wants you to be clear about how returns, refunds, exchanges, and subscription-related issues are handled for orders placed directly through https://www.metabolicelite.co (the “Site”). This Return and Refund Policy explains when a purchase may be returned, what items are not eligible for return, how refunds are processed, and what happens when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Items That Are Not Returnable or Refundable

Because portions of our catalog include ingestible supplements, personal-use items, digital education, and externally fulfilled offerings, some purchases are not eligible for return or refund except where required by law.

  • Opened ingestible products, including opened supplements, powders, capsules, tablets, probiotics, peptides, or other health and personal care items.
  • Digital products and access-based purchases once delivered, downloaded, streamed, accessed, or otherwise made available to you, including eBooks, downloadable resources, workshop replays, course materials, and similar educational content.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or final sale items that are identified as non-refundable.
  • Products or services purchased through third-party sites, retailers, marketplaces, publishers, test providers, or external checkout pages.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly at the email address below and include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if available.

After review, we may offer an exchange, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

5. How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and the correct return address.

Please do not send products back to the manufacturer, to our mailing address, or to any address that has not been provided by our support team for your return.

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by law, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error, a verified damaged or defective item, or otherwise required by law.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

7. Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. We generally aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days after inspection, although your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

If you believe a refund was approved but you still do not see it after a reasonable processing period, please check with your bank or card issuer first and then contact us.

8. Exchanges

We generally provide exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or for other approved returns where replacement inventory is available.

If a replacement is not available, we may issue a refund instead.

9. Subscription Orders

Some products on the Site are offered on a recurring “subscribe and save” basis. If you enroll in a subscription, you are responsible for managing or canceling future renewals before the next recurring order is processed.

You may be able to manage subscription settings through your account or by contacting us before the next renewal is charged.

Once a subscription renewal order has been processed or shipped, that order is treated like any other order under this Policy.

Some products, publications, tests, consultations, or educational offerings referenced on the Site may be sold through third-party sellers or external checkout pages. This Policy does not apply to those purchases.

Before launching Allegiate, Tim served as Head Football Strength and Conditioning Coach at Army West Point and as Associate Strength Coach at the University of Southern California (USC), where he worked with some of the nation’s top athletes.

At Army and USC, he focused on integrating strength, speed, and injury prevention protocols to maximize athlete performance. His approach combined advanced programming strategies with practical coaching, helping build resilient, high-performing teams.

Tim holds a master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning from Springfield College and a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Plymouth State University. His educational and professional journey reflects his commitment to evolving the strength and conditioning field by blending rigorous academic research with hands-on coaching expertise.
